Ranga is a Visiting Professor at Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. He designs and conducts high-end corporate workshops on topics like Leadership, Igniting Transformations etc., at ISB—these programs are done for a variety of segments, like senior IPS officers, Ambassadors to different countries, Doctors and Senior Executives from varied sectors like Manufacturing, IT, Banking, Airlines, Insurance etc.
Ranga enables leadership transformations at middle and senior management levels through focused training and consulting assignments for global organizations, operating in India—like Unisys Global, Ericsson Global, Capgemini, Microsoft, SAP Labs, HP, Infosys, Bank of America Continuum, CHOICe, Dr. Reddys Lab, Accenture, Caterpillar and others.
Ranga’s expertise lies in the specific Leadership sub-domains like, Visioning, Strategy Development & Detailing, Strategy Execution, Strategic Decision Making, and Innovation etc.
Ranga has led full-day tracks on topics connected to Leadership/Growth in huge events like TechED (by Microsoft) each year—such events attract professionals from most companies in India, in the chosen industry.
Ranga coaches very senior global leaders (executive coaching) who are part of global leadership programs conducted by ISB, Hyderabad (programs conducted by reputed faculty members from foreign universities) and he also coaches senior professionals from select corporate houses in India on Visioning and growth strategies.
Ranga guides an NGO based in Chennai (as their chairman), that contributes immensely to the social sector in the areas of child adoption, destitute women rehabilitation, old-age homes, drug de-addiction centers etc.
Ranga conducts employability workshops for students of lesser-known engineering and management colleges.
Ranga and his wife Meena Krishnamurthy, lead their own NGO based in Bangalore, in the name of “Inside-Out Foundation”. Inside-Out operates with a Mission to “Rebuild India” through various projects, seminars and workshops. It actively supports Government’s developmental initiatives. Enabling Organic Living and Manifesting Potential of people are some of the domains of work through Inside-Out.
